During this Christmas and school holiday, we able to visit Bukit Merah Laketown Resort that located at Taiping with full board of activies for three days two nights.

In an effort to attract and encourage more people to take up fishing as a hobby or sport, the Resort has completed a two-acre Fishing Park, one of the largest freshwater fish farms in Malaysia near the jetty or from our own balconies and bring our own fishing equipment since they did not rent fishing Rod .

Splashing fun times at Laketown Waterpark Straddling an area of 11 acres, it is one of the largest in the northern region of Peninsular Malaysia.

Laketown Ecopark
Mother Nature’s favourite holiday attraction – the Bukit Merah Laketown Ecopark. A 3-acre eco-friendly sanctuary, the park features three large enclosures – Nature Trail, Reptile Park and Tropical Trek, with a variety of reptile, primate, mammal, bird and fish species in an environment as close to their natural habitat. In addition, there is also a Pets Park.
Skycycle, Hand pedal colourful Skycycle and take a unique 200m mid-air tour across the tropical rainforest. Take in the breathtaking view and a closer look inside the Pets Park. Adult : RM6, Child : RM6
The Ecopark is an educational tourism facility where visitors get to experience close encounter with the animals. Visitors are encouraged to interact with some of the animals for an educational and fun experience. DIY BBQ by the lake at only RM60 for 2 pax following RM20 per pax and Maximum 5 pax, Fresh squid, prawn and Meats like Mutton and Chicken are served.

Night Safari & Zoo Taiping 
Thought of never been any Night Safari before and it was just happened that it was a hot season in Malaysia , so we skipped the afternoon Taiping Zoo visit and go for the Night Safari instead . The night safari at the Taiping Zoo entrance fee is RM20 for adult and RM10 for children , The parking is located beside of the zoo entrance and the parking fee is RM3.00 . We were very exciting and looking forward to experience it . The time of the Night Safari is from 8pm till 11pm . zoo taiping just located near the Taiping Lake and it was very easy to be found .
The Taiping Night Safari is a first of its kind in Malaysia. Bathed in lighting similar to moonlight, the beauty and splendour of nature is enhanced. In an effort to maintain the experience of a natural environment, the Taiping Night Safari attempts to display nocturnal animals in natural looking settings. #CNY Day 5 (Horse Year 2014) After me and my cousins had our breakfast at 忠记兵如港口大树头炸料粉   we continue our day trip to Kwan Yin Tong Cave Temple,just a 15 minute drive from there.... I had a visit before this Kwan Yin Tong Cave Temple(观音洞) ,Ipoh  ,and this was my second visit.. Mahsuri was a young woman who lived in Langkawi, an island in Kedah, Malaysia, during the late 18th century. According to folklore, she was accused of adultery and executed by stabbing.
