Parallel with this concept, the visitors will be able to observe the structures built centuries ago without using any modern technologies. The monuments are the symbol of the human civilization and they are still around until today, which proves the grandeur of architectural design in the past.

It is important to emphasize here that even though the monuments in the Taman Tamadun Islam are based on the Islamic civilization, the park does not limit its attraction to only the Muslims. It is hoped that the concept of education and entertainment, entwined in the representation of the monuments will also appeal to the non-Muslims.

All the informations of the monuments are explained in three languages – Malay, English and Arabic. This is to provide information to visitors which come from all over the world. Other than providing a splendor view of the great architectural elements in the monuments, the park also provides interactive activities in the selected five monuments. The interactive monuments available in the park are:

  • The National Mosque, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
  • Taj Mahal, Agra, India.
  • Qubbah As-Sakhrah, Palestine.
  • Masjidil Haram, Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
  • Al-Hambra Citadel, Granada, Spain.

Interactive monuments provide the historical elements where they are presented in the form of video display, educational games in the form of interactive quizzes and treasure hunt, photos, and artifacts. The informations available in the interactive monuments are the history, culture, personalities, architecture, country facts and scholars that relates to the particular monuments. Some of the informations are presented in an interactive manner such as in the form of video display. All these informations are vital in understanding the monuments and why they are considered as important Islamic landmarks.
