Koh Lipe , Thailand (DAY 1) | Thailand
3 day 2 night Koh Lipe 1th-3th april 2014
Langkawi Telaga habour,From there getting speed boat to Koh Lipe...
But don't know why there was a changes at telaga harbour on the day we departing...
The troubles going on is we need to tranfer from telaga harbour to Kuah Jetty by bus that been provided,it takes around 45 minutes to reach the Kuah jetty
we are here at 1p.m and the immigration will open at 2p.m,we went into jetty mall for a walk while waitting the immigration to open , something that we couldn't miss is the duty free shop in the mall
we get tons of cigaeatte and beers...haha
Heng!!...At here I wanted to complain about the speedboat,I booked online line previous one month @ www.bundhayaspeedboat.com for speedboat ticket price At RM250 two way...But My friend bought the ticket on that day at jetty was Rm240 and there some booth that giving diferent price..my friend ticket pattern was different with me,so I thought we boarding different speedboat....
if there have cheapest ticket AND WHY THE HELL I BOOKED ONLINE!!!
That was the 1ST Thing I mad about but nevermind just more a 10 bucks...
But here here come the 2ND problem,About this problem I argue with the management.... I think you will get mad also if I show some picture below
This Speedboat that shown In www.bundhayaspeedboat.com
And this ferry we been given!!!!!
In the end,my friend and me was in the same Ferry....Just tell me how I'M gonna explain to my others friend....speechless
Just forget about the past because we are on holiday!! Koh Lipe dont have seaside pier to step down, they have a big flood station to transfer in & out from koh lipe
They need this smaller boat to take you from the ferry boat to the shore.
Koh Lipe is a small island in the Adang-Rawi Archipelago of the Andaman Sea, in the Satun Province of southwest Thailand, close to Malaysian border. Koh Lipe is on the border of the Tarutao National Marine Park。
High season (November to May)
there are several locations from which you can take a ferry or speedboat to Koh Lipe, including: Pak Bara, Langkawi, Phi Phi, Ko Lanta, and Trang.
Low season (May to October)
the only way to get to Koh Lipe is by speedboat from Pak Bara.
After walk down to the shore, straight away walk to immigration check point to collect mt passports...
We choose Bundhaya Resort to full filled our 3 day 2 night vacation, booked online too ....http://www.bundhayaresort.com
Check in hotel at 5 pm,the 1st thing we do is take a refreshing bath and we gather up at 5.30 to take a walk at the street..
We head off to walking street for the rest of the day, taking pictures and buy some local food.
Walking on the street about 1 and half hour, after getting some snack but still feel hungry...
You can see them placing tables in front of the resort with red table cloth with white candle light. We sat beside the beach under a shade waiting the time for dinner.
we pick my own seafood, then they weighed it for pricing, bargain for cheap price and passed it to BBQ pit spot for BBQ. Beside BBQ, you also can have it on your style like steamed, deep fried or curry
Doing some tiger bomoh ritual after our dinner, actually on the way back to hotel get a half hour rest....haha
we out again to the street after half hour rest, the massage here was cheap = full body massage 1 hour only for 300baht,I get foot massage same price, can say cheaper that KL alot and the thai girl that massage me was spotting too..haha
I always like to shop in thailand 7Eleven,as everybody knows that thai 7E have alot choices of foods, not like malaysia only have nasi lemak, bihun and some hotdog fishball....sienzz
we didn't get drunk tonite because everyone is tired and need to wake early for tomorrow water day trip....Goodnight!!
