The Venezia Hua Hin

 


The Venezia is the newest theme shopping and attraction village in Hua Hin, following the growing popularity and undeniable success of other similar weekend destinations in Thailand .


The concept of a shopping village is simple , instead of building a boring shopping plaza with rows of anonymous shops , pick a photogenic world destination or a fun theme and plenty of romantic photo opportunities , plus a couple of attractions and entertainment venues .


The theme chosen by The Venezia is obviously Venice With 73,600 sq.m. and 316 shops, the park is immense and even includes a 200 meter 'Grand Canal' on which you can actually get a ride on iconic Venetian gondolas. Colorful mediterranean houses, shops and terraces are lined up on each side of the canal which ends in front of an Italian looking garden and two large church-like buildings . an the other a mini zoo .


The Venezia features quite a few attractions with mini zoo and 3D museums but all require an extra fee to enjoy .


The small garden which appears to be nothing more than a photo playground .


The several attractions available at the Venezia are sold together or separately and tickets are available at the entrance .


Continuing in the trend of themed shopping malls in Thailand comes The Venezia Hua Hin in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. On the surface it seemed quite a good idea of building a replica of Venice in Thailand .


it may be an interesting place to spend an hour taking selfies and pretending you are elsewhere in the world. But, as a shopping mall, it is very lacking in interesting shops. During my visit, not many of them were open and the ones that were, didn’t have any customers .

3 day 2 night Koh Lipe 1th-3th april 2014 Langkawi Telaga habour,From there getting speed boat to Koh Lipe... But don't know why there was a changes at telaga harbour on the day we departing... Kwan Yin Tong Temple[觀音洞] @ Ipoh | Malaysia (3D Paintting)

#CNY Day 5 (Horse Year 2014) After me and my cousins had our breakfast at 忠记兵如港口大树头炸料粉   we continue our day trip to Kwan Yin Tong Cave Temple,just a 15 minute drive from there.... I had a visit before this Kwan Yin Tong Cave Temple(观音洞) ,Ipoh  ,and this was my second visit.. Mahsuri's Tomb & Cultural Center, Langkawi | Malaysia

Mahsuri was a young woman who lived in Langkawi, an island in Kedah, Malaysia, during the late 18th century. According to folklore, she was accused of adultery and executed by stabbing. Her tomb, Makam Mahsuri, has become a tourist attraction on the island.
