Riccarton Capsule Hotel , Titiwangsa | Malaysia

A new trend of hotel opened around Titiwangsa with new and only one concept in town , Located along Persiaran Titiwangsa 1 (opposite Mcdonald anf Shell) . The place is easily to be spot and location can be found in Google Map or Waze .
Riccarton Capsule Hotel started their Business on April 2017 and own the whole building from ground floor to the Roof top , The main attraction at Riccarton Capsule Hotel is their Space Galaxy look a like capsule . Rooms like astronaut live in when they are in the space , this was my first experience and exited to see the place look like .

Friendly Receptionist help and guide us During the Check In , We receive a capsule card key with towel , Slippers and TV remote control in a goodies bags .
Placed to stored my shoe that next to the reception by using the capsule card key , every slot have own Capsule number to scan for open (For Capsule Only) . Before proceed to Capsule rooms , Every guest need to keep their shoe and change to in house slippers .
My luggage/bag can be stored in a bigger locker on my floor . locker provided for complimentary luggage that installed electronic security locks scans using room card , slot are follows on room number .
In Riccarton Capsule Hotel , Capsule are located on 1st and 2nd floor . Total of 104 capsule unit available , it's like double decker beds . There is small stair to climb up for those who stay upper level .
Both floor also have single and double capsule , Find and scan your room number by using the card then the lock will automatically open .

It comes with a lot of amenities ranging from lights dimmers (for reading and watching tv) , just slide touch to setting light adjustment as I like . Touch longer to switch off any part of the light .

Showers and toilets are a shared facility at the capsule hotel. Men and women have separate washrooms in a modern design with environmental-friendly features. For convenience, all guests are provided shampoo and soap .
Each capsule is 4 feet wide and 8 feet long, with smooth finishing to provide our guests a comfortable space to get cozy. It is made of high quality fireproof material with an aerospace design . The capsule is equipped with a set of mattress , pillow and blanket , and has air conditioning ventilation , a smart TV , WiFi , make up mirror , panic button , night safe , smoke detector and other electronic amenities .
One of the hotel procedures which I found quite interesting is that, shower is a MUST before going into your capsule, probably because due to hygiene purposes I reckon. A bit odd though and makes sense. The capsule isn't big of course but it lived up to my expectation .
Awareness for staying in Capsule :
1. Take shower before entering the capsule
2. Keep silent , No food allowed , no littering and no smoking
3. Don't naked around because there are others guest staying in the same premise
