The best time to visit Pulau Tinggi is after the monsoon season ends from March to September. On that time the sea was calm and the white smooth sand on the beach. June and July is the perfect time for snorkeling and diving activities because at that time the water is very clear.
The best part of Pulau tinggi is there will be turtle laying their egg and Dugong appear here, unfortunately we did not have the chance to witness it but next to TAd Marine Resort there is Pulau Tinggi Marine Park Center which serves as turtle hatchery.
