The Name of Firefly Comes From the insect named Lampyridae, They are soft-bodied beetles that are commonly called fireflies, glowworms, or lightning bugs for their conspicuous use of bioluminescence during twilight to attract mates or prey. The name are Special for the airline as giving the best service and Hospitality, Firefly is located at Skypark Terminal at Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah (SAAS) Airport situated in the Subang commercial centre just 30 minutes from Kuala Lumpur city centre, Petaling Jaya and other major residential areas. Also known as Subang Skypark, it’s connected via main highways and is easy to reach the airport through multiple modes of transportation from different points in the city.

Jump the queue and check-in online! It’s fast, easy-to-use and currently only available for Malaysian domestic and Singapore flights. Passenger only needs to enter Malaysia Airlines or Firefly confirmation reference to be able to proceed with kiosk check-in.

Check-in counters are open ninety (90) minutes and close thirty (30) minutes before the domestic scheduled flight departure time and forty five (45) minutes for international scheduled flight departure time. They are really friendly and warm welcoming with " Welcome to Firefly" and " Thank You ", Helping out some small issue I had During the Luggage Check in. Thumbs Up!!

Done Check In Luggage, Printed out Flight Ticket at the Counter. While waiting for departure, We walk around do some window shopping and took some photo for memories in Skypark Subang. 

Before boarding on the plane, Firefly staff is Checking passenger Flight Ticket and identification for confirmation before they let everyone boarding the flight without any confusing later on. they are polite to all the passengers with Patients.

The service was excellent with the flight attendants being kind and They help passengers find their seats and assist with any special requests or needs during the boarding process.  In order to assist the pilots with the takeoff and landing process, the stewardess makes sure that all passengers are safely seated according to rules and regulations. They communicate all safety information, rules and regulations to passengers before takeoff.

 Throughout the flight, the Stewardess offering passengers beverages, light snacks and drinks.

It takes only 75 minutes to arrive Langkawi International Airport (LGK),  Hello Langkawi and Thank you Firefly for the great Hospitality and Good Service from ground to the sky.
